On request we are making traditional Avanos and Cappadocian meals.

Some of the meals:

Güveç (stew)
Avanos mantı (ravioli-like dish served with yogurt)
Testi kebap (kebap made in earthenware jug)
Karnıyarık (eggplant stuffed with ground meat)
Sulu köfte (meatball soup)
Meatballs / chicken on brazier
Filled pumpkin blossoms
Grape leafs stuffed with meat

Breakfast:

Avanos wine syrup or helva
Fruits of the season
Sigara börek (flaky pastry filled with cheese)
Fried potatoes
